The Twin Spin's Best Celeb Meetings 2011!

This has been a great year for us! We met a lot of celebs and went to some amazing concerts! 

Our best concerts of the year were.....

Maroon 5!

We loved: 

Train and Matt Nathanson (other acts of the night) 

How hot Adam was!

The location (on the beach).

All of the songs!

A close tie was Katy Perry!

We loved:

Her outfits.

Our seats (VERY close to the stage).

Her energy!

The way she interacted with the fans (she brought some fans onstage and took a picture with one girl).

Jingleball, Taylor Swift, Glee, and Joe Jonas

Our best celebrity meetings.....

Lady Gaga

She was sooo nice!

We were so excited that we won a contest to meet her!

The pictures were awesome.

She kissed Rachel!

Perez Hilton

He's the only celeb we went to with both a signing AND a discussion, and we loved what he had to say.

He wrote in our book, "Hope to see you on tv".

He was incredibly nice!

We felt like we could gossip with him for hours.

Adam Levine

Hottest man on earth (or one of them).

So sweet (he let us take a lot of pictures).

Other noteworthy meetings:

Hot Chelle Rae, Lea Michele, Seth Meyers, Chace Crawford, Annalynne McCord, & Minka Kelly

We also saw many celebrities we didn't get to meet....

Big Time Rush

We actually saw them twice this year and they seemed so sweet each time.

They shook every fans hands.

They're cute!

Khloe Kardashian

We felt like we were standing near a legend (of reality tv anyway).

She's so pretty.

Being so close to a Kardashian is FABULOUS.

Other sightings:

Justin Bieber, Usher, Nick Cannon, Katie Couric, & Alex McCord

We hope we see and meet MANY more celebrities in the future!

Nicest Boys You'll Ever Meet!

This past Monday, we were lucky enough to go to a Hot Chelle Rae concert then meet the band after!

Amanda won a contest on P.C. Richard and Son's Facebook Page to go to HCR's FREE concert at the iHeart Radio theater in NYC.

We got there early enough to be 3rd row at the concert because we got there about an hour early and it was general admission!

Hot Chelle Rae was such a fun concert (this was a short one of about 7 songs). 

They played all of our faves from the CD Whatever like Radio, I Like it Like That, and Why Don't You Love Me.

After the concert we went to the side door where we waited for about 20 min and then the band came out to meet us!

Nash Overstreet was incredibly nice and even took 2 pictures with us because Rachel closed her eyes for one.

We were pleasantly surprised by Ian Keaggy because while he wasn't so enthusiastic during the concert, he was so nice and even more beautiful!

Ryan Follese, the main singer, was also so sweet and a great performer.

Finally, we didn't get to take a picture with Jaime Follese (Ryan's brother), but he also seemed incredibly nice!

It was an AMAZING night and we definitely recommend seeing Hot Chelle Rae in concert!

OMG Music News!

After a long seperation, the Jonas Brothers have created a new song together!

It's called "Dance Until Tomorrow". 

We can definitely see ourselves dancing to this song!

It is so catchy and fun!

We love the Jobros and can't wait to see what else they have in store!

Joe Jonas and Nick Jonas have both gone solo and have made amazing music.

Our Best Meeting Celeb Tips!

Here are some ways we have been successful in meeting celebrities:

1)Use the Internet! We use a variety of websites to find out what stars will be where. Some of the best are
Onlocationvacations.com -for movie and show filmings
Celebritybooksigningsandevents.com -for book signings
Oceanup.com -celeb gossip and occasional tips
Google.com -type in the celeb you care about and info will surely come up
Twitter.com -many celebs write where they are so follow them!

2)Ask around!
When you get to the location of a star, ask everyone working there for details and any questions you may have. You never know who will help you (we got VIP once just by asking a worker).

3)Don't be shy!
Many times we are the only fans asking for pictures! Surprisingly celebrities generally don't mind taking them so why not try?

4)Always be early!
There are always many fans just like you at each event, especially for bigger stars! The earlier you get there, the earlier you can meet a star or be closer to the front of the stage.

5)If there's a will, there's a way!
It may seem like there is no way to meet a star or get into a private event, but if you really try, you may have luck! Many times we have been told we couldn't meet a star or take a picture, but with enough persistence and talking to enoug people, we are almost always successful! Of course listen to authority (like security guards) if they say no, they mean no!

6)Don' t be rude!
Whenever talking to people who work at the event or the stars, use your manners. People are more likely to help you if you are polite. A few times, we were told not to yell out to the star (like Joe Jonas) or else he wouldn't take pictures. The crowd didn't scream when he came out and he took pictures with everyone!

7)Finally, be patient!
Celebrities are known to be late to events so you may have to wait hours to meet them or see them! If you love them enough, it will be worth it, so stick around!

Meeting celebrities can take some planning, but is always a lot of fun!!!
